This resistance band is widely used in both rehab and training environments as a tool to strengthen muscles, improve joint injuries and increase endurance. They are ideal to use in aerobic and aquatic exercise programmes and will get your body working harder and more efficiently, often with quicker results.
These 5.5 metre continuous rolls of resistance banding come in 5 different levels of resistance from extra light to heavy resistance. This enables you to increase the intensity of your workout as you gain strength.
Rep bands are latex free, with no added powder and no unpleasant odour. This means they are great for people with sensitive skin and won’t leave powder marks on your clothes either. From the dispenser, simply cut to the length required for each patient.
This product is 5.5 metres long, and 10cm wide. It comes in 5 resistance levels.
