Movin’ Step

The Movin’ Step can be used as both a stepper for low impact cardio training, or as a proprioception (moving) base to help improve the users’ balance and coordination. It does this as its surface flexes and moves due to its inflation.

Using the Movin’ Step can help improve overall strength and core stability, and it can be a very useful physiotherapy aid for patients of all ages. The airflow between the two chambers can be easily adjusted to choose the range of motion that you need through the integrated valve.

This is an inflatable product. The pump is not included, but you can buy it here.

It has a recommended maximum weight of 120kg, with a tested load capacity of 200kg.

The Movin’ Step measures 35 cm L x 35 cm W x 7 cm H.
