This cushion provides varying degrees of instability to assist your balance, depending on the level of inflation you use.

When you sit on it, it can help relieve pressure on your back and give you the functional benefits of movement while you remain seated. It can also be used in conjunction with any fitball to help increase the challenge of balance to the user at almost any level of fitness.

This cushion is made from Ledraplastic, which has very high UV and chlorine tolerance, making it perfect for use in the pool, too.

It is inflatable, 39cm (diameter) and comes in blue.

It has a recommended maximum weight of 120kg, with a tested load capacity of 200kg.
