The Classic 45cm fitball can be used from around age 3 and up. The ball is ribbed for maximum grip and is ultra strong, but with great flexibility and rebound, and still light enough for small children to use. This fitball can be used at all ability levels to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, posture and strength. Using this fitball can be a great way to have fun while exercising, dancing and moving your body.
This a max Ø 45cm (diameter) inflatable ball that comes in yellow. The pump is not included, but you can buy it here.
It has a recommended maximum weight of 120kg, with a tested load capacity of 300kg.
Made with latex and phthalate-free PVC. All our products have a one year supplier warranty.
Note: As with any inflatable, this ball should not be used on any surface containing sharp, pointed objects due to the risk of puncture and bursts.
Please ensure you use the correct pump to inflate the ball as advised above. If you use the incorrect pump, it may not generate enough pressure to inflate the ball to its maximum diameter.

These plastic ball bases provide extra stability and protection. They stabilize the ball to decrease balance challenge and have grooves for a resistive band to be wrapped underneath to facilitate strengthening exercises.
The base also completely covers the floor to protect the ball from being damaged. Available in two sizes.
