Airex Balance Beam

The Airex Balance Beam is designed to help you improve your:

It does this by creating a sensation of instability with the softness of the beam, which actively engages the control functions of your brain to help you gain greater stability. This involves the receptors in your feet, joints and eyes, as well as your deep stabilising muscles. This all happens while you stand on the beam, resulting in improvements in strength, balance, endurance and control.

The beam itself is wider at the base, giving you the option of using both sides to give yourself a greater challenge and work your way through the benefits when you’re ready.

The 6cm thick soft closed-cell foam does not absorb moisture or dirt and has antimicrobial hygiene protection, keeping many bacteria forms in check. You can use the balance beam as recommended with bare feet or socks, as if it gets dirty, it can be quickly washed with soapy water and air dried.

The Airex Balance Beam is blue in colour, weighs 1.2kg and measures 24cm wide x 160cm long x 6cm high.
