Deliveries
Deliveries within Australia
Fitball Therapy & Training Pty Ltd (F.T.&.T) offers a 2-5 day delivery time. However if stock is not available at time of order we shall contact you either by email or phone to notify you of the delay.
We use a range of couriers and postal carriers. If you need an urgent delivery, this may incur a further charge.
Deliveries to Overseas
Deliveries overseas will be charged according to the size and weight of the order. We will contact you via email to confirm the cost of freight. We have postal service which is a more affordable yet slower service and TNT express which is a speedy and more costly service. We will quote both providers.
Returns Within Australia
If you need to return any goods not required, you must contact F.T.&.T to advise you will be sending the goods back. Goods are returned at the customer's expense. When you call you will be issued with a return number, you must return the goods with a copy of your invoice within 7 days of receiving the goods. On inspection of the goods, you will be notified if a credit will be issued.
F.T.&.T does not allow inflated fitballsT to be returned. Please ensure you order the correct sized ball by looking under the F.A.Q on our website.

Returns from Overseas
We do not accept returns from overseas (except for incorrectly sent goods or goods faulty when received- We must be notified by email with 14 days of order dispatch & delivery fee back to Fitball is the purchasers responsibility) please select the correct product to avoid impending on our terms of sale.
Pricing
Pricing and availability are subject to change. I rare circumstances if pricing from our supplier changes by a significant amount, we may have to adjust our sale price to compensate. We have made best effort to present correct information and pricing however we are not responsible for any errors or omissions, and we may refuse any order at our discresion. In these cases if you have already placed your order we will contact you ASAP and you will be given an option to pay the new price or to cancel order.
For your convenience we only debit your credit card when we ship the order.

We use the information we collect about you to process sales on the site and to assist us and other entities in offering services and products to you. We also collect information in the form of referrals by site users to third parties.

Cookies are used in the Fitball.com.au online shopping system. They are mainly used to keep track of the items purchased within the online shopping system and to ease the shopping process. These cookies are only kept within the session when you are using the online shopping system. They are automatically removed from your PC as soon as you close your browser.
No credit card number details are stored in the system.
