Based on over twenty years of experience using balls for rehabilitation and fitness, this is a fun, and unique approach to low impact aerobics and total body fitness. While challenging your cardiovascular system and strengthening and toning muscles, you will improve your balance, coordination and posture.
The workout begins with a 30-minute aerobic workout and finishes with stretching, lower-body strengthening and upper-body strengthening using resistive band.
Cardiovascular Conditioning
This invigorating 25-minute, low-impact workout maximizes calorie burning by targeting the thighs and buttocks. And it's fun! Bouncing on the ball playfully challenges your balance and coordination, while activating all the major muscle groups.
Strengthening and Stretching
These safe, effective - and enjoyable - exercises using the ball leave you feeling stretched and energized. Included are upper body exercises with a resistance band, and total body strengthening and stretching exercises that target abdomen, back, thighs, buttocks and shoulders.
